3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for Services and parts are as listed on our website or provided by customer service at the time of your order, exclusive of additional fees such as shipping or taxes unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly permitted.

6. Cancellation and Satisfaction Guarantee

6.1 Statutory Cancellation Rights

6.2 Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee allowing cancellation within thirty (30) days of delivery or Service completion. To exercise this right, contact us within the guarantee period. Refunds will be processed within forty (40) days of receiving your cancellation notice, provided all conditions are met.

6.3 Refund Process

Refunds for cancellations under statutory rights or the satisfaction guarantee will be issued to the original payment method within the specified timeframes, less any applicable shipping or handling fees.

7. Returns

7.1 Return Procedure

To return parts under cancellation rights or the satisfaction guarantee, contact our customer service team for instructions. You must include all original packaging and documentation.

7.2 Condition of Returned Items

Returned parts must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the items until they are received by us.

7.3 Return Costs

Risk of loss or damage to returned parts remains with you until we receive them.

8. Limited Warranty
